Sauerkraut success!


My first batch of sauerkraut - 
10 days of fermented goodness.





And easier to make than I thought it would be.

I wish I liked Sauerkraut...I would say "if it only tasted as good as it smelled" but it smells bad too. You do lovely work though, babe.
